Turkey's first real estate award, “ArkiPARC Real Estate Awards”, honoring individuals and institutions who contribute to improving the quality of the physical environment, found its owners at a magnificent ceremony held with the presentation of famous journalist / architect Özlem Gürses.

ArkiPARC 2011 awards were given to the developer and architect for the ”project“ in six categories in total, including ”Housing, Office, Hotel, Shopping Center, Alternative Investments and Mixed Use". Çeşme Marina projects were awarded in the mixed use category at the ArkiPARC Real Estate Awards.

90 Projects competed for the awards, where important names such as Avi Alkaş, Alaeddin Babaoğlu, Kerem Erginoğlu, Celal Abdi Güzer, Hakan Kodal, Firuz Soyuer and Feyzi Tecellioğlu, who set the agenda of the sector in Turkey, were on the Selection Committee.
